I am excited to announce that I am back to Moving Arts Lab again this year! Last year, I collaborated with Ursula Eagly and did group distance Reiki session in the workshop. This year, Petra van Noort will join us and we are having “Hypnagogic” workshop in Moving Arts Lab 2021!

In this workshop, we will explore different sensory experiences. Petra will guide you to open up your bodily awareness by using touch and breathing, and I will guide you to Hypnagogic state through drumming journey for your healing experience.

I think it will be so much fun. And there are many interesting workshops in the festival. So I hope you can join us!!

I am excited to announce that I am invited to cohost the workshop “Performance research and distance reiki” with a choreographer Ursula Eagly in Moving Arts Lab 2020 by Earth Dance!

In this workshop I am offering 30 min. distance reiki and we will discuss and explore the possibilities, what distance reiki or distance healing can bring into the performance experience. 

We don’t know yet what that means exactly, but I am very excited to join Ursula for this workshop, since both Performing Arts and Energy Healing are my main life works♫
